We never collect personal information about you without your explicit consent and the information we have will be as accurate and up to date as possible.
We will only collect information about you for the following reasons:

To provide Singing Members with details of rehearsals and other information pertinent to being a performing member of the Singers.
- Singers will only be sent details from third parties, (e.g. singing opportunities, concerts) if they have provided consent.
- A database of Singers is maintained, containing names, addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers. This is shared with members for the purposes of communicating with each other, and members will only be included on this list if they have provided consent.
To manage the membership of our Patrons and provide their dedicated newsletter
- Patrons will only be contacted for marketing purposes by the Singers if it is their preference, and information will not be shared with third party organisations without explicit consent.
To process ticket purchases made through this website
- Names and addresses will be used to send out tickets if requested, or to distribute tickets 'on the door'. Your details will not be used for any other purpose without explicit consent.
To deal with any enquiries you may have about our services
- We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
To manage the membership of our mailing list
- Our mailing list will be used to communicate details of future Saint Cecilia Singers concerts
- Mailing list details will never be provided to third parties without consent, you will have the choice when subscribing to receiving information from our performing partners.
- You can unsubscribe at any time by using the 'unsubscribe' link in any communications we send or contact us on this website.

Changing your preferences or contact details

If you no longer wish to be contacted about our concerts, you can unsubscribe by contact us on this website.
If you find that the personal information we have about you is inaccurate or needs updating (for instance, you may have changed your name, address etc.) then please contact us so that we can correct it.
