Renaissance masterpieces by Tallis, Palestrina, Lassus and Taverner alongside the luminous harmonies of Whitacre, Gjeilo, Esenvalds, and the world premiere of Stars, I have seen them fall by our Deputy Conductor Charlotte Baskerville.

It's always very special for us to sing in Gloucester Cathedral. We were pleased to sing the Sunday services for Epiphany while Gloucester Cathedral Choir were on holiday.

Grapevine's Charity Carol Service  
All proceeds from the concert went to Hope And Homes for Children, Alzheimer's Research UK and Great Western Air Ambulance.

Winter's Rose: Christmas with the Saint Cecilia Singers

in the beautiful Lady Chapel we sang Britten's A Boy Was Born, Chilcott's Nova, Nova and Howells A Spotless Rose followed by arrangements of folk carols with Rob Harbron on concertina.

Celebrating Holst's 150th birthday with his most famous work, the concert also included Copland's Fanfare for the Common Man, Holst's Folk Songs from Somerset and Dukas' The Sorcerer's Apprentice.

Come and Sing Faure Requiem

The 100th anniversary of Faure's death made it an extra special time to sing this masterpiece. We were joined by over 40 singers, vocal coach Shelley Everall and accompanist Piers Maxim for a memorable experience.

2020/2021 Season

The 2020/2021 season was severely affected by the global COVID-19 pandemic.
However, we were lucky enough to perform a livestreamed concert at Christmas in Gloucester Cathedral.
