An important focus for the Saint Cecilia Singers is to support the music of Gloucester Cathedral however we can. We're always on standby should the Cathedral ever need a choir at short notice to sing services. That happened on Sunday 26 May when a visiting choir unfortunately had to cancel. A small cohort of 10 singers assembled to sing the Eucharist service (St Anne's Mass by James McMillan and Tchaikovsky's Hymn to the Trinity). Ben Sawyer conducted and James Lancelot accompanied on organ.
